CBD For Recovery

Let’s chat a bit about recovery. Whether you’re an athlete or an avid fitness lover, recovery is so so important for your prolonged longevity and health. It doesn’t matter how fit you are, without proper recovery, your body will be prone to injury, not to mention aches and pains.

Now let’s introduce CBD into the picture. CBD used on the body is known to reduce inflammation while improving upon soreness and muscle tension.

RCVR’s body salve is my all-time favorite CBD recovery product at the moment. I have spoken with this brand directly and was overwhelmingly impressed by their focus on high quality ingredients. From their growing process to the extraction, it’s the highest quality CBD on the market through and through. Their extraction process doesn’t involve any solvents, meaning, what you get in RCVR products is full spectrum CBD extract that includes CBD and all the additional cannabinoids that make it extra effective. Their CBD extract is then mixed with some other power ingredients like organic East African shea butter which helps promote muscle health, organic lemon which helps soothe and relax muscles, and organic beeswax which helps heal and protect the skin. Another important consideration when choosing any CBD product is third party testing. RCVR products undergo thorough third-party testing to ensure its potency and overall safety.

I use RCVR after intense training days to help me make a fast, healthy recovery, or any time I’m just feeling any stiffness or soreness. I apply a generous amount to the area and massage it into the muscle.

Another CBD product I like to add to the routine is Apothecanna Extra Strength Body Spray!

I tend to use it before I start practice, and even during, so I don’t have to spend too much time rubbing anything into my skin. It’s my go quick pain fix!!!
